Just One Word...

I have a million and one things I should be doing right now, not least because I haven't wrapped a single present and I'm off out at lunchtime. But I just about found time to whip up a quick card for the challenge over at Less Is More this week called "Just One Word".

I've used Tim Holtz trees...OK I've stamped them in pink, artistic licence and all that but it was one last opportunity to use my pink artichoke as a prop lol.

trees 1

A single tree stamped in black for a bit of contrast and then a sentiment that says it all. I have never identified the maker of this set of stamps, I believe it was Delish but I have not been able to confirm it, but they are years old now anyway. Still some of my best ever Christmas sentiments though.

Well, I am going to dash now to make a start and try and get into the festive mood. I've put Mr Michale Buble on, and am off to have a soak in the tub before having a little tipple!

Thank you to all of you who have visited my blog this year, left lovely messages and regularly follow me. I still find it humbling that here I am in my little corner of cyber space doing what I love best and you all come and see me!

Have a fantastic Christmas and a very Happy New Year.

I look forward to getting back in my craft room after Christmas (or sooner if I have my way!).

And yes, todays card is no exception, I love it. Why aren´t there pink trees out there? Heehee...

I hope you managed to get your presents wrapped in time.
I think this is the first time ever that I only had to wrap one present on Christmas Eve and that was only because I'd forgotten I bought it for my daughter, and found it when I went to get the chocolates for the children's stockings LOL!
I hope you had a wonderful time.
Love, Andrea xx
