Another drawing...

Just a quick mid-week post showing a drawing I did at the weekend. Not sure about this one and wasn't sure whether to post it on my blog. It's not quite how I wanted it, it's not quite the right perspective and I think the outline is a bit hard, but I'll draw it again and keep refining it until I'm happy with it.

g1

I've drawn it straight onto SU's Old Olive cardstock...I had completely overlooked this colour in my SU card stash and absolutely love it so have ordered some more! I've coloured the flower with Prismas and added a bit of Glamour Dust.

Right...gotta dash to work now...hopefully will be back at the weekend!

This is lovely Sarita, the colours work really well on this colour of cardstock. It wouldn't necessarily be my favourite either! However with this flower, it is perfect, Judith xx

I swear I don't know how you do it. It's so "simple" (ha) yet so elegant and effective. Much more so than if it was drowning in layers, shapes, and a zillion colors and patterns. Keep in mind I can't draw at all, but it looks lovely to me! I think you are a bit to hard on yourself sometimes.

Sarita, this flower looks like an "EdelweiƟ", a flower that grows up in the mountains and I don´t know the english word for this flower. I love this card very much.

This is beautiful Sarita and the glamour dust makes it look so pretty and delicate. I love your hand drawn items. Think you may be right about the outline - but hey, what do I know? Couldn't draw anything near as beautiful myself. Keep saying it, but mean it - you are one talented cookie. That cardstock is a gorgeous colour too.

Hi Sarita,

It looks totally perfect and faultless to me!

You are so talented, but I can tell you are critical of your own drawings.

Just beautiful!

The drawing is amazeballs! but try this; a lil thinner black stem... maybe it will go with the outlines that you are talking about. Love the glittery touch!
