Adding to my collection...

I'll be honest...I haven't even so much set one foot in my craft room since last week. There just are not enough hours in the day to sketch, craft, blog and go to least during the week that is.

I have been soo longing for this weekend, especially as we get an extra day.

I've managed to do a little sketching is my latest offering. I'm sticking to the same format at the moment to kinda build a little collection of floral designs.

I am desperate to get these made into stamps...I just can't show their versatility just drawn in black ink. Everything is ready to go into production, but it is painstakingly slow because of time constraints. I have got some time off in June and I am really hoping to get things moving then.

I thought this time I would make some other items to include in this post, just for added interest. I absolutely love the latest circle stamp designs from Paula Pascual.

I have used SU's Rose Red for this collection.

The background damask design is by Flourishes llc. I just stamped it in Versamark and then heat embossed with clear powder.

I made this little flap envelope template a few weeks ago, and loved it so much I decided to use it again. The template is by Stampin Inspirations by Maria and can be found here.

Well, I'm sorry that things are moving so slowly...just can't afford to give up the day job just yet to spend the time that's needed to get things really underway. Roll on my break in June!

Sorry as well for not getting to visit you all last weekend. I'm determined to catch up this weekend.

Anyway, hope you all have a lovely Bank Holiday, see you soon!

Hi Sarita

Your creations are gorgeous and I feel like the world is waiting for your stamps to make an appearance - but as you say it is one big step.

I cut my hours down at work to begin with and worked part-time for 9 months until I reached the stage where things couldn't move any further unless I went the "whole hog". At least having dropped to part-time made the final "cutting off of a salary" a little less painful. LOL!!!

Good luck with everything. I am sure you will do well.

Love Jules xx

Good luck in June with your plans to rubberise your images!!
