You know how it order some stamps online coz you like the look of them...then when you get them you don't know what to do with them...or is it just me lol??

I really love the design of this dragonfly and wanted to do it justice (if you click on the picture you can see it much better)....I'm not sure that this the best I can do with this stamp but here it is anyway.

I used some grey Bazzill card and stamped a floral design in Versamark just to give some depth to the background...I didn't want anything too strong to detract from the image. I stamped it on my circle, decoupaged it, and then painted it with Cosmic shimmer and Twinkling H2O's in turquoise.

I will definitely be experimenting a bit more with this stamp as I think it is just stunning.

  • Dragonfly : Inkadinkadoo "Mindscapes"
  • Floral background stamp: Botanical fern from
  • Sentiments: Anna Griffin

Ooh tis a lovely stamp indeed, it's one of those that you could use in so many ways and not get bored of it, I have my eye on a butterfly stamp that is itching to belong to me!

I like the subtleness of this card, very gentle
