The sun is shining....

...and at long long last I've been able to do some much needed crafting...here is the result...

I've missed it so much...it's been so frustrating being ill and trying to cope with the upheaval of my new job...and as a result my beloved crafting ground to a halt...but I can honestly say I'm back now and can't stop!

I really took my time over this card and indulged my new creative urges that have been sadly missing for quite a while!

I have to thank my lovely bloggy buddy Steph for letting me know about the new Lawrence Llewelyn Bowen range of products, she knows my style so well methinks...I just had to have the Venaissance rubber stamps from his range and used one of them on the centre panel of my card.

Well, I will be enjoying the beautiful sunshine we are having over this bank holiday weekend, (in between card making of course lol)

Hope the sun shines wherever you are too.

  • Leafy background stamp: from www.lbcrafts.co.uk
  • Centre panel stamp: Lawrence Llewelyn Bowen "Venaissance"
  • Sentiment: Whiff of Joy
  • Swirl: Inkadinkadoo
  • Adorindack Ink in Latte
  • Colour Box Inkpad in Peony
  • Flowers: Hero Arts Collage Prints and Prima Hydrangeas
  • Prima Say it in crystals

Hi Sarita
You asked about the stamp on my card, the frame for the sentiment is Eva Bitsy Whisper Stamp [STA-1377] from Basic Grey, the sentiment is stampin up best yet (111604 in their catalogue) It's a really good set to have cos the sentiments are small and fit quite a few of the motif type sets I have. Sos I put the wrong set on my blog - confused everyone.
Flattered by your comments, thankyou
Hope you're enjoying the sun.
